1. Eligibility

You cancel a service within 48 hours of payment AND before work has started.
We are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services within the stated timeframe (excluding client-caused delays).
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Work has already commenced or been delivered
Delays caused by lack of client communication or cooperation
Services involving third-party platforms (e.g., ad spend) are non-refundable
Customized service plans once executed are non-refundable
